How Much Will Shipping Cost?

All shipping rates are based on weight, volume, and distance. We will contact you after your order is placed within 1 business day with the lowest possible shipping rate. We do not markup on shipping rates. If you would like to know how much shipping will cost before you place an order feel free to contact us.

 

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

After an order is placed, we will contact you within 1 business day to collect the remaining shipping fees. All items in our store will ship out in 1 to 3 business days after receiving full payment, unless otherwise stated. For parcel orders, the shipping time is 1 to 6 business days and for larger pallet orders, the shipping time is 1 to 10 business days across Canada. For more accurate shipping times, please give us a call or email us. 

Please note, the above shipping times are estimated, and may be subject to further delay. Please place your order with the maximum lead time possible to ensure timely arrival. A tracking number will be supplied upon departure from our facility.

 

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?

Please inspect all items carefully before signing receipt. Any visible damage must be documented and reported to the driver. Items with minor damage may be accepted at the customer's discretion, but must be reported to the driver and Maple Leaf Restaurant Equipment upon arrival. If damage is severe and deemed unusable, please refuse the delivery with a damage notation. A signature without any damage notation represents an acknowledgment from the customer of items received in "good order" and will not be covered by insurance.

 

Can I return items I have purchased?

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items will be inspected upon arrival and must be in their original packaging, unused, and without damage. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A restocking charge may be applied. Please see our full Refund Policy.
